FLL Team Lunch Order Form

Please use the below form to preorder your team's lunch for the FLL State Competition on Sunday, February 1st. Please limit one preorder per team number. You can pay with card or a check made out to Pigeon Catering when you pick up your lunch or you can send prepayments for your order to Pigeon Catering (803 Jefferson Hwy, Suite 200, Jefferson, LA 70121). NO CASH payments will be accepted. This year tax will be charged on all orders. Tax is already included in the prices listed in the form below.

Deadline for submission of this form is Wednesday, January 21st at 5:00pm. A lunch preorder is a guaranteed contractual commitment; therefore, teams are expected to pay for their preorders even if the order is not picked up on the day of the Championship. The team will be billed for any order not picked up.

When done with your selections, your lunch total will be listed at the bottom of this form. Please plan to pay with Card or Check (NO CASH) made out to Pigeon Catering when you pick up your team lunch order. After the deadline to submit preorders, we will send you an invoice for your team that will give you the ability to prepay for your order via card of check. No items can be added at pick-up the day of the event. Any additional items can be purchased in the normal lunch line.
