FLL Team Lunch Order Form

Please use the below form to preorder your team's lunch for the FLL State Competition on Saturday, January 25th. Please limit one preorder per team number. You can pay with cash or a check made out to Pigeon Catering when you pick up your lunch or you can send prepayments for your order to Pigeon Catering (803 Jefferson Hwy, Suite 200, Jefferson, LA 70121). Deadline for submission of this form is Friday, January 10th at 12:00pm. A lunch preorder is a guaranteed contractual commitment; therefore, teams are expected to pay for their preorders even if the order is not picked up on the day of the Championship. The team will be billed for any order not picked up.

When done with your selections, your lunch total will be listed at the bottom of this form. Please plan to pay with Cash or Check made out to Pigeon Catering when you pick up your team lunch order. If you would like to prepay for your order, please send all prepayment checks to Pigeon Catering (803 Jefferson Hwy, Suite 200, Jefferson, LA 70121) and put "Robotics" in the memo. No items can be added at pick-up the day of the event. Any additional items can be purchased in the normal lunch line.
