BPX Grant Participation Confirmation 2025-26 | Louisiana FIRST LEGO League

Welcome to FIRST AGE presented by Qualcomm, our 2025-2026 robotics season inspired by archaeology! We have confirmation of BPX funding for next season for teams in North Louisiana located in the parishes where BPX has a footprint!!! Existing teams need to complete the form below to assure that registrations can be processed and equipment ordered. New teams may complete this form, but will need to be approved by FIRST Louisiana Mississippi, Inc. before registrations can be processed to assure that enough funding is available.

Also, for orders to be processed, both coaches (FIRST requires 2 coaches) must log into their FIRST dashboard at firstinspires.org and click on MY DASHBOARD in the upper right corner and sign:

the required Consent Form, and
the Youth Protection Program (YPP) Agreement. The YPP training is good for 3 years, so this should just be a signature on a form for returning coaches.

If the team is in someone else’s name and there is a new coach for the team, please contact Annette Oertling to request instructions for assigning a new coach . Do not pay for registration or order LEGO materials, as FIRST Louisiana Mississippi, Inc. will place those orders.

PD involves 2 Saturdays EITHER on Aug 16 & 23 (Session 1) OR on September 20 & 27 (Session 2).

PD availability

Please let us know which Sessions you are available for, so we can select the option that accommodates the most people. To participate and receive a stipend, you must be available for both of the Saturdays in a Session. Note that it is assumed that stipends will be provided by Caddo Parish School District, as they have been in the past. Also, let us know if you have a 2nd coach that is interested in PD. If so, please provide their name and email address.
